The church was "Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary" [1786] [still standing]

The wooden church was renovated in 1927. It was a filial church to MACYNA until 1914. It is now an Orthodox parish.

In 1785 the village lands comprised 8.01 sq km. There were 350 Greek Catholics 251 Roman Catholics and 5 Jews
