Church was "Saint Paraskevia" [1875] [destroyed]
The masonry church was built in 1875 and renovated in 1898. It replaced an
older wooden church of the same name. A new iconostas was added in 1894.
Nothing now remains.
In 1785 the village lands comprised 11.70 sq km. There were 340 Greek
Catholics 36 Roman Catholics and 22 Jews
