The church was "Saint Michael" [1789] [Still standing]

The wooden church was renovated in 1875. It was an independent parish until 1830 when it bceame a filial parish of LUPKIV 4km away

In 1785 the village lands comprised 10.94 sq km. There were 240 Greek Catholics 4 Roman Catholics and 6 Jews
