Church was "Patronage of the Blessed Virgin Mary" [1885] [still standing].

The church was renovated in 1931. The last pastor of the village was killed by the Poles. The church is now used by Poles.

The parish existed already in 1566 when the Roman Catholic Bishop of Peremyshl permitted o. Vartolomej Liskovac'kyj to purchase land for it. In 1583 the donation of another piece of property was confirmed. Until 1720 the village was a filial parish to KAMJANKA.

In 1785 the village lands comprised 12.24 sq km. There were 165 Greek Catholics 85 Roman Catholics and 14 Jews
